The Funeral and Celebration of Michael John Ashworth's Life will take place from 1.00pm on Thursday May 30th at St. Chad's Church, Poulton-le-Fylde

Thursday 30th May 2013 - A Celebration Of Michael John Ashworth's Life.

1.00pm - St. Chad's Church, Poulton-le-Fylde.

2.00pm - Commendation & Blessing at Carleton Crematorium.

2.30pm - The Great Hall At Mains, Mains Lane, Singleton.

Donations are being accepted for Four Great Causes chosen by Mick's family. These causes are:

• Headway - Headway is the brain injury association, a registered charity committed to working to improve life after brain injury. registered charity Number 1025852.
• Royal Preston Hospital Neurology Department - Funds donated will be used towards new equipment to help with the care of patients.
• Poulton Youth Football Club - Mick was a qualified Coach with PYFC. Funds raised will go towards equipment, kit and transport for young footballers.
• Poulton Scouts - Mick was a proud Scoutmaster at Poulton Scouts, funds donated will help towards needed equipment.
